Why a group training?
During a group training you will work individually towards your own learning goal and learn from others at the same time. In a small and safe group with like-minded people, you will discuss your challenges, reflect on your own situation and receive practical tips and tools that you can put into practice immediately.
All training programs can either be online or physical. The minimum number of participants for the online training is three. For a physical training the minimum number of participants is six. The dates will be established in mutual consultation once the minimum number of participants has been reached. The physical training will take place in the Delft / The Hague area.

Goal
More effective and efficient use of time and therefore achieving more and better results and a better personal effectivity.
Contents
Part 1: You will gain insight in how you make choices and set priorities. You will be provided with methods, techniques and practical tools to achieve a better time management. You will work on setting goals, planning and scheduling, setting priorities and improving your productivity. Practical and motivating.
Part 2: You will discover your own driving forces and how they influence your choices. You will gain insight in your own pitfalls regarding your time management and how you can deal with them effectively. You will examine limiting beliefs that might play a role in changing ineffective behaviour. This training uses the TTISI driving forces profile. Revealing and insightful.

Personal & interpersonal leadership
“dealing with others”
Goal
A better self-direction and a more effective interaction with your professional environment to start managing your own situation instead of being managed.
Contents
You will be provided with methods and techniques to manage your situation yourself and have more influence on your environment. You will improve your interpersonal skills, such as saying “no”, standing up for yourself, listening and acting proactively. You will receive tools on how to interact with others effectively and make a positive use of the different roles and interests in your working environment. You will practice your own cases and those of your fellow participants. Challenging and boosting your confidence.
