Self-understanding
Who am I? What am I capable of? What do I want?
The best foundation and kick-start for your professional and personal development is your behavioural and driving forces analysis: Why do you do the things you do and make the choices you make? By gaining this self-understanding, the pieces of the puzzle will almost automatically fall into place during your training or coaching and you will receive a clear and appropriate solution to your question or problem.
A behavioural and driving forces profile provides insight into your behavioural preferences and intrinsic drives and motivators. The analysis of your profile provides a surprisingly comprehensive answer to the questions: Who am I? What am I capable of? What do I want? After completing the corresponding questionnaires, a very extensive report is generated. The report consists of three parts.
In addition to the complete behavioural and driving forces analysis, a – less extensive – drives scan is also available
