Starting point
You might recognize yourself in the story of Brenda, an experienced professional struggling with a negative work experience. After completing her studies, she held various positions at international organizations. A bad experience with a manager at a previous employer took a significant toll on her self-confidence. She experiences self-doubt, a lack of energy and she feels demotivated to actively pursue her career wishes. She questions her own abilities and skills. She feels tired and uninspired, unsure of how to move forward. She finds herself applying for jobs that are merely a repetition of what she has already done so far. She has a strong desire for a different kind of (working) life. But, how to get there, let alone, where to start?
