Starting point
You might recognize yourself in the story of Marco, a senior management professional struggling with an unsafe working environment.
He has already built a substantial career, having proven his worth through change management and various management roles. He viewed his current position as the crowning achievement of his career—a final opportunity to leverage his accumulated skills and competencies to end his professional life in success. Now, however, that high threatens to turn into a low. The new working environment and organizational culture differ from what he is used to, and his manager’s working style is so different from his own. If he would be honest with himself, he needs to admit he is close to burnout. But admitting that goes against his nature. Giving up is not an option, yet he is unsure what to do or how to proceed. He feels lost.
